Too much work, you work here like hell and never appreciated at all. No professional timing for work, sometimes you have to work till 2-3 in the morning, you can be asked to do the work any time of the day. Overall pathetic experience!!! I would suggest not to join to this company untill and unless someone wants to loose his or her peace of mind. You'll always feel frustrated, unsatisfied, cheated, tired.
