...an chhote". If you join this company you will always feel deceived somewhere. Very poor culture, no professional work culture, no organisational work, only unnecessary deductions in salary forced. Too much work, you work here like hell and never appreciated at all. No professional timing for work, sometimes you have to work till 2-3 in the morning, you can be asked to do the work any time of the day. Overall pathetic experience!!! I would suggest not to join to this company untill and unless someone wants to loose his or her peace of mind. You'll always feel frustrated, unsatisfied, cheated, tired.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
