Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

They respect people even though less salary working environment is good for our mental health for example holy Family hospital Delhi is very good salary but people have no respect n abuse words by Senior nurse is very depressed in work place I think motherhood is amazing environment for staff nurse

I worked at Motherhood Hospital gurgaon branch, company which declines its own commitments. Politics, favouritism and groupisum are some of there ideology’s they follow at Front office department under customer experience manager (Chandrima Banerjee) and Facility Director (Gunjan Rakha) Its a recommendation don’t join the horrible organisation or you will regret your decision

...eatment is worst. Company policies were good but not followed as per the policy. Salary on-time they pay and bonus not provided to anyone. Salary hikes are very poor.

Motherhood Hospital in total dislikes because, the management team is very cunning, they won't treat employees culturely.. One think I want share during covid they removed many employees from the work, not even offered 50% of their remuneration to continue the work. Took worst decisions due to this many employees haven't got the work. Employees have faced worst situations because they believe in the matherhood management.

They are not transparent with mid level staff can fire any time incharge and ns are too bed and Noida hr is not available for any help. Overall suggestion is that banglore staff should discuss with nursing staff of Noida. They incharge are forced to work on 24 hour and they approve only 12 and if you raise a voice then they will take a displine action
