It was in my near by area. So it was convient in travelling. Salary growth was good. My carrer growth was good

Nothing to dislike. But there were very less or u can say no casual leaves, Medical leaves or Earned leaves. Only sunday and sometimes saturday holiday was there

No appreciation of work. Unprofessional higher management. My way or no way kind of attitude from higher ups. Salary increment based on how much you are liked by the higher management and not on your performance or skill. Overtime is not paid. And almost everyday is overtime.

Working environment was good. Flexible working hours. Easy to handle work tools and learned new method of working as per my work culture.

Dislikes

Too many partiality. Doesn’t listen to one’s opinion while putting blame on that person.

CFO and MD both deceive employees by fake commitments, people working there are good, but most of them are not happy, high employees leaving ratio

Late working hours in finance and accounts, even for whole night, worked till 1-3 in night and thrice in a year for whole night and next morning also, working on gazetted holidays even 2 oct, 26 jan, 15 aug
