The company is good, the product is also very nice. Plus point is my salary and expense received on time. My full & final also received on time. I worked with completely honesty. The fruits of this work are now available to all who work currently. I understand that is part of work, so why management didn't see my work at that time. Good does what is good for you.

Dislikes

My experience has not been good with the management, there is nothing to learn from higher level management.(Don't have experience at the higher level,what will you give below ?) Job security is also zero. Anytime management will say don't come from tomorrow. you are not in the organisation from tomorrow . Secondly in front line like people (Sales officers) in any town not ready to work with organisation.

...ironment and culture. Teammates are supported and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

I am working last 1.5 years in this company as a sales officer I am a lot learning from my seniors and market, worked hard and find out my target goals this coampny product is good in lower price.
