It's a worst company I wud never suggest people to go for it

They don't care about employees. Worst behavior of the senior... They pay less salary compare to the skill and education. No promotion. No safety for the jobs. They give fake hope.

Job Security, salary on time or before time, Good atmosphere, Years end party, good accommodations and facilities.

Dislikes

No. of leaves are limited and no extra leave, No Good Salary, No Appraisal, British Management, No emotions towards employees, being a semi-government of the company is a huge drawback which forces the employee to work according to the company set standards, no any allowance.

Salary is given at perfect time. Medical benefits will given on time.

Dislikes

... for employees. Company can terminate employees anywhere any time with notice. Salary is very low when compare to market. Better don't work like this kind of company to avoid physical and mental illness.

This is not related to any project or team, 1-Low salary scale. 2-Annual increment is a hoax. 3-Non working Annual Performance Development Reviews. 4-No any performance development plan/ trainings. 5-No Annual flight tickets. Flight allowance included within salary, but not the competitive amount. (This is depend on your designation, some are entitled for the annual flight tickets and family status-Senior and higher professionals) 6-Most of the accommodations located in non easy accessible areas by public transports. May need to depend on Taxi for any personal travel needs. Refer Point No.2 in Liked objectives. 7-No annual bonus schemes (or no one in my friends circle have received so far) 8-No cab facilities during Medical conditions of the employees. has to be managed by own. 9-Move-out allowance is non sensible according to the current Qatar cost of living and transport. 10-Not good medical insurance policy. 11-Not an employee focused organization.

Work life balance is excellent , salary is strictly on time and company positively comply to all factors which are mentioned in company Offer.

Dislikes

Company increment and promotions protocol are not in Employee favour.
