Nothing. Don't play cheap level of politics in work environment specially in Tech Department. Seniors are full of ego. Just because thay knows the system very well they are playing very cheap level politics. Few of Mosambee seniors don't even survive other companies that's why they are doing such things and earning money. Seniors can't complete their work they do it from juniors and in front of management they show everything that have done.

...at night activity you have to come to the office and complete the nine hours. 4. Here once a new employee gets joined every other employee knows his salary. And on the basis of salary people start judging you. 5. There are few groups in the Tech department. They have been working for years (the company started from that time) and they play at a very cheap level of politics. Don't care about your career. 6. From last few months freshers as well as experienced candidates Absconded this organisation because of point no 5. 7. No job security at all. 8. Three months of notice period. It's just number they can decide any thing in that like if employee resign and he doesn't have job then they can release him any time and if he has job and he wants early rease then thay force you to complete 3 month of notice period. 9. They can treat you very badly when you resign and you have to work very hard and they will assign so much work at that time.
