...ut Wells Fargo has no breaks in there curriculum No work friendly environment And most off all I have no idea y they cut 20k from the intial month salary Overall my exp was not so satisfying

... you don't want any personal time left. There's absolutely no work satisfaction. They withhold almost 50% of your second month's salary (which I doubt is even legal) and won't pay you the first month.

Excellent pay structure with easy to achieve bonus. Increment is also good. This is best for PG aspirants as it enables MBBS doctors to focus on academics as they take a drop to prepare for PG. overall the company values its employees and focuses on care for its patients. The foundations of the company are really strong and in the coming years I can easily expect majority of doctors to be in a race to work for this beautiful company.

Dislikes

It tends to get repetitive after some point and since the diseases are limited, there isn’t much growth of skill after a certain point. Sometimes there will be too many calls especially during Diwali and new year which can get frustrating. Software has some little bugs which can definitely be improved.

...rging even just 100 rupees per consult, a doctor could be making 3500rs per day. They pay peanuts. Worthless company.

This Job Is So Pathetic We Can't Learn Anything As A Doctor Here So Many Continuous Call Without any Break And The Company Treat Us like Sales Person Ask Us To Give Medication Unnecessarily.
