The thing I gained working in this company is experience. I don't know how the other centres of Morpheus works but the centre I worked for was sometimes much worse than it was worth. There were a few staff members that won't simply let you do your work they will just find things to make the workplace difficult. Finding faults and not being helpful is what I'm talking about. Overall I've learned something new and I would really be thankful for that. But the centre I worked for surely needs people who would take the company up and not down. I wish the company all the success.

Dislikes

Although there were people who really went out of their ways to help me sometimes but there were also people who went out of their ways to make it worse. I could easily write the name of the employee I'm talking about but I won't. There is no coordination between people working here. There were days I would be so frustrated and also people won't respect you. If you're not going to do what they ask, they won't respect you and talk bad about you behind your back and also hinder your work.

No Job Security, Any one day morning Director will come to office and say put your resignation or we will Terminate you. Every thing Depends on Directors Mood. If his mood is good then employees day will be good if not then employees will have to wait for some breaking news. Some employees only working their to please Directors and they get hike in every 3 months. Bad culture. Bad environment, Office politics at the highest level. During this Covid situation also they ask to come office and work. they don't trust on their employees.

There is always new task and challenges allocated so there is always something new to do.

Dislikes

My profile expected me to work from home so couldnt maintain work life balance. Independent working, team is not appointed so there is always work pressure.
