Dislikes

1) Compensation is too low. 2) Increment is also not fair. 3) Promotion criteria is not good at all, looking to the company's turnover and hierarchy. 4) Work Life Balance is also not good, at my position (F&A), although for other's it is good. 5) Using too old (outdated) software, also their ERP system (Empro) is worst. 6) For outsider it is MNC, however not a single benefit of MNC is here. Work like lala type company.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I think that its a top company in bhiwadi ,job security, good salary ,great technology,skilled labour, many branches to other comany, good environment, joyful workers and labours,

Growth is not so weak but its little slow and nothing i dislike it

Good team work , and time to time training provide of associate by seniors members and according to culture it's the Best company for costumer and him vendors and mothers companies here r job security completely n'd good growth here him workers .
