India team is good and India HR is very supportive as well as coporative. US Team as well as US HR are baised towards some of the old members and are not at all fair decision makers.

Dislikes

There is nothing I can remember in last one years span I have worked... I joined in July 2022 and no one told me that I have to clear the backlog of 5 months which earlier person had left with all mess.. I cleared backlog in 3 months which includes one month of training period. Immediately after clearing backlog my senior ( Sean and Alisa ) changed the logic of scheduling which again bought all my hardwork to zero because I had to reschedule again all lines.. By November, December I worked hard with my Manager Alisa for bringing down the scheduling figure to zero and was ready to start a New beginning in Morgan. Alisa my Manager was supposed to go on pregnancy leave gave me High Rating for my Hard work I did in last 5 months.. She went in leave 1st Week January and simultaneously our system was attacked Virus and whole the system collapsed. Due to this system outage, no one was able to work and slowly we started working on manual reports by Mid Feb. By March Alisa came back and she was informed by few members of team that I am not performing ( God knows why they felt so ,when everything was down how they were able to judge my performance) Alisa also started believing in them and we started our system in April slowly and steadily. However, by May 12 suddenly the decision was taken to releive me from my duties with notice period. This was pathetic on Morgan's part that they judge a person at the time when company systems were down and not even gave chance to work in ideal conditions. Working Culture I beleive is very bad and baised. Worst is that A Finance lady was handling and leading Supply Chain operations whi was only intrested in figures at the end of month. Everyone says and crib about her that she writes big essay emails and understand very little

Internal politics, decision power is with only one person, work life balance in sales is not good, They say that after 6 pm no calls but due to work pressure employee has to work

Too many challenge so good exposure to complicated environments

Pathetic work culture. leadership has no vision and no path where they stick always keep on changing startergies seems like experimenting No hikes/ no career progressions

Bad Work environment and culture teammate are supportive and management is very poor because if they are want to any time dismissed any one worker or managers both are suffering.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Sallery is decent but career growth is slow . There is a not bond .
