They just provide snacks on daily basis but that too cut from employee salary. The only I like.

It is the worst company for the freshers. They hire freshers randomly and the level of interview is nothing. And then after 2-3 months they shift the employee to whatever technology and keep on shifting. We cannot focus on one technology there. And you have to flatter the seniors and be quiet in front of them. You to ask everything if you don't then they will ruin ur review and you get fired from the company. There is so much politics in this company. Don't go for this one.

I appreciate the collaborative and innovative culture at Moreyeahs. The team is very supportive, and there's a strong focus on skill development and learning.

Team is good, The people around me are also good but Management can be more supportive that was missing.

Smooth coordination between sub-ordinates. The founder's vision and mission regarding MoreYeahs it's just insane. I know what the key role of Akhilesh Ghandhi sir is in making MoreYeahs such a reputed company.

There is lot of politics in every team.Even founder supports politics. Favouritism is everywhere.No matter how hard you work you won't be promoted because only favourites get promotion and hike. No scope of growth in this organisation would recommend not to join.
