It's a Lala Company.Its products are cheap Chinese.They import Glucose Meter strips for ₹2 and from China and sell consumers at ₹650. There all devices give highly inaccurate readings.

...sapp. I was hired for Professional Division.And they never launch this division.They give salary in other divisions after 2 months and expenses after 4 months.And if you resign you loose both.

...mbai surgical division is only cutting 90% cutting and only 10% retail business. When manager is wanted to give you salary then they give ... Job security is 0 so please don't join morepen laboratories (home health division)

Unprofessionalism , fake, no salary on time, no incentives, no job security, dictatorship, free advise one should avoid joining here even if getting good increment in salary as this will be for a shorter period of 2-3 months after this you will regret your decision of joining here.

They have beautiful office just to fool the new joinees and to trap the customers. Iske alawa kuch bhi nahi hai. Jo aankhon ko dikhe woh dhoka hai jo mehsoos ho wahi sachaai hai.

...advance within the company. Typical Lala Type company , no transparency at all. Salary never on time. 3 months expenses from pocket. No incentives are given. Deductions on everything. Management is blind. Good people are terminated without their faults. No strategy of the management. They just need payment from the market to fulfill their needs. No job security in this company. Baaki aap samjhdaar ho.

CEO frequently changes Top management and they frequently change middle management, i survived as my reporting ZBM & GM was overall good human being in tenure 2018-19. CEO is visionless that's why medicus didn't grow till date since inception. If anyone start doing good then they change management.

...n't want to grow and running this medicus division in loss to save overall tax . Cash flow is pathetic, never pay on time to the senior management.
