...to other companies No job security No any allowance No incentive No support No policies They dont even gives us salary on time i dont even prefer to work or not gonna suggest to my friends not even my enemies to work in this company

Too much work pressure If you login your system giving your full time during the period if someone have to attend any type of meetings It would be cut from your working hours Mark half day

Company policies are not good they keep on changing every now and then. The management does not address our issues,they do not keep the mental health of employees in mind, I have been working since an year now and still have not got any appraisals and salary hike. I sometimes work for more than 14-15 hrs a day through Covid-19 lockdown. They change working hours according to their needs but do not allow even a minute spare.

Company is good but only for the freshers because there is not security of anything TL is good teammates are good environment is also good the company but Only problem is, there is no opportunity of growth you only work there year to year but no improvement you will get Tl are same every year nothing will change, salary is also okk but there is huge insentive that's why it is beneficial.

There is no growth if you will join the company as a cce so you will work there on the same profile years to years.
