Work culture - They have a slogging culture. No Work Life Balance - 6 days working. And so much work that you feel like you have to work on the 7th day also. You end up working for 15hours + on almost a daily basis. No job security - People are getting fired day in and day out. Performance Driven - You are getting dragged to work full on or else you fear you might also get kicked out! Travel - You have to travel extensively. Most of your time goes into travelling and after that you have to somehow finish the work piled up.

Team work. Funny and freindly atmospheres always.

They were not ready concern their staffs emotions. Like reduce The duty hours, give monthly atleast 3 off, Good salary packages as per labour law. try to give goodthings to their staffs, Because they staffs treating customers. Not Boss. So first priority is them always.

...curity in the job. Any time they can remove or give pressure to go out any time. Money cutfrom salary for some expenses . But finally will say company going loss. So not Abel to give u r money return called bonus which is cutted from our salary
