The NGO worked with diverse sections of people across all backgrounds in an inclusive manner. It was more of a family than an organisational association. I got to travel to different parts of my state, experience different cultures, live different ways of life, learn about them and learned to respect them. The project report was published by Conciliation Resources, an NGO based in the United Kingdom.

Dislikes

It was a contractual project, the permanent jobs they offer is a weakness though understandable due to weaker funding.
