Please don't join this company, they Ms. Priya dheepkram and other members also, cheated my salary, I have completed all those things like notice period, all allocated task etc... , I make a call everyday to her, she didn't pick my call, no response from any one.

No job security You can't get your salary while serving notice period Status discrimination No work life balance You can't get the proper pending salary after your resignation of employment They will not send any warning mail Or message to you before termination

Nothing to mention about career. Office location is good.

Dislikes

Very bad team leaders. Especially software product development IT dept. Managers are egoistic. Team lead will target juniors and fire them if they ask questions or try to learn. They have zero training skills. It is a software product department without any proper learning, training or good work. Management trusts bad team leads who are so insecure about their jobs that they do not encourage any new team members. Software dept team lead is sure about not getting a job anywhere else and wants to remain here by sending everyone out.

My seniors were very helpful for my career growth and very friendly to ask doubts.

Dislikes

Work Timings - 24/7 all days Politics due to regional discrimination which affects the appraisal. Regional discrimination - 90% of the management employees including owner except the core team are Kerala people and they would not recruit any outsiders also.

Good for beginners.

Dislikes

Especially BIW work culture is not good. Appraisal and appreciation also not good.They only focused on monthly targets if not met they ask to work on weekends.They have not considered Ex-employees like settlements and PF payments.
