Team at site and learning about fire fighting system work

Dislikes

Salary is paid in cash, no PF system. no proof of working in company. conveyance is not paid even though vouchers are compulsory. appointment letter is given on a simple paper and they take our original marksheet and keep it with them. they dont pay when we opt for resign and they dont pay our last salary.

Boss(Mr.sherwinsir ) is great person but accountant Mr Atul solanki is making very worst culture between the staffs , they are treated like labours,Don't provide payslip,no basic facilities, no pf ,no Id etc , salary disbursed by cash only.
