For some time now they have been bringing people from outside who are not eligible for that post.The person who is deserving does not get promotion or who comes from other organizations to the old employees who ignore his betterment or who does not have any focus, who has given the best to the company, his career is becoming difficult due to the people who have been following him since spring.
