No proper documentation will be given to when you leave the company. Documents such as salary slip, increment letter, joining offer lette. All Saturday working and also on saturday you have wait in evening because of meeting. Very poor management. Very poor work culture.

Nothing. There are people from all over, with not even proper education or experience working here at any positions and joining the organisation.

Dislikes

...less monetary benefit than you consider yourself out if organisation in no time. They pay you peanuts having said that. They tell you you will get benefit if you get more sales done but do not pay you. All days are working. Even sundays. No work life balance. There is no offer letter or resignation letter anything that is needed in for candidates to show you have worked here. Here education won't be appreciated. Meaning there are candidates from IT background working into sales. You will not find your education needed to stay in the organisation. If you are good with people you won't last. You need to be careful about others if you wanna stay here.

The comapny was literally fraud. Not a single thing is to be liked. I was working as a Deputy Branch Manager in one of the branches. This is not a financial company. This is a call center. If you want to work in a call center. Then join this fu*king organisation. Even the founder is ch*tiya. pahle ate hai CH*TIYE log... Phir ate hai CHAMAN CH*TIYE log..... and uske baad ate hai is COMPANY KO CHALANE WALE & ISME KAAM KARNE wale.

This is not a company this is a scam. They fools investor & employees. In this company the persons who are sitting on AVP & VP post have zero knowledge about anything. One AVP doesnt know how to do KYC online. Guys seriously if you want to scale in your life dont you ever join this fu*king organisation. NO JOB GURANTEE AT ALL they will fire anyone & at anytime.

They give chances to freshers but the thing is no experienced person will work there that's why it's a good start for a fresher

They make it sound like it's jot a sales job but at the end of the day everyone have to do sales let it be new joinee or the manager itself its basically call center and the manager is really unprofessional and biased

Founder doesn't respect others time,for 5 min of work they took 3 to 4 hours, no cateen in office, no washroom like basic facilities not even for women's, don't work here. Irrelevant company policies.
