Partial behaviour of the management, no work according to the job description, only fake assurance given during the joining. Worst Culture ever. No work life balance. Zero job satisfaction. No skill development. Nothing to gain , you will only loose. No mental peace.

Our CEO has clear vison towards company growth and prosperity. Both of them cares for there employees. Everyday there is new challange for new product which is helpful.

Nothing to be like about this company.. Only 1 particular state people are ruling here and there's no scope for growth and growing in this company. Don't come with the delusion that it's one of the fastest growing FMCG companies. All the data they show are false. This is the bullsh*t organization, please don't join this organization. Doesn't matter in which department you are in, this organization will make your headache worse. Here challenges won't make you grow professionally, better is to avoid joining this organization. ** All other 5 start and 4 star ratings are also false (Told to write by HR Head), they also told me to write a good review, but I'm writing this review anonymously ** They're corrupt people too.....
