Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. There's nothing to like about this company, Where I'm working currently they don't pay you overtime even after it's mentioned in your offer letter. And the work environment is soo bad that you have to face a mental humiliation.

Molson Coors India is now sold their brands to some other company. There is no career growth and no increments. Even they did not provided the performance bonus...there is a lot of politics. And management does not address our issues. motivation is zero for the employees which providing their 💯%.
