No good company no official appointment letter issued, remove stafff after few days and finally salary not paid by just giving false story client not paid even after repeated follow up , it is not a professional consultancy.

...ct complete witj less resources. Always trying to play diplomacy with employees. And the most the date of salary which is 15th of every month which is non worthfull to any of employees. And after switch from the job F&F is also very very frustrsted process. Trying to ditch. Most important part is leave rules and policy..

So the profit model of the company doesnt allow a competitive market salary which is a con, but its coz of nature of business. Another con is Salary comes every month but yeah within fluctuation of 7-10 days. But its fine and manageable except for people who have a lot of financial liabilities. Third con is medical insurance and all isnot provides. Which should be mandatory Ps- cons entry in pros and vice versa and it isnt gettinf reversed. So excuse for this silly mistake.

Pros, Owner Ms kunjamma matthew is very knowledgeble and amazing, she wont just push and pressurise for work but also worked with me, for instance i had to prepare some reports of cost analysis and approval of bills, she worked with me with very patiently and taught me and corrrected my mistakes very patientlt like a teacher or mother. There is alot of scope to learn, u will be using good project management tools and dealing with clients etc. U also get exposure to work in all aspects of projevt, like billing, quality, hvac, electrical and plumbing including firefighting, interior work also, its nice to learn soo many things and know project hollistically. I wish i didnt have to leave the firm. But due to personal reasons i had to leave.
