No scope of growth. No facilities provided. No reimbursements given. The chairs are in a terrible condition and employees using them have faced back issues. You have to do your work and the extra work which is not in your scope of work and yet at the end of the day the employer says that "you did not do anything" or "there was not much work here for you" or if there's no mistake from your end yet the blame will fall upon you. Sometimes the issues are created just for the sake for you to be blamed or to be scolded. Employees are not allowed to have refreshments in the office and should turn of the lights and fan to save electricity. Employees are not even allowed to have coffee as it costs more than tea only the one whom the employer favours can have coffee. The office has very limited ventilation and yet employees are not supposed to turn on the Air conditioning. Employees are not allowed to complaint if the systems are not working properly. If you are a designer and you have your own personal laptop and you think to use it for office use then the employer doesn't object. Employer doesn't even provide any reimbursement for using the employees personal laptop for office use. Employer doesn't give much importance to its clients as well, the only importance is given to is money. Also there is no transparency while dealing with the clients. The client servicing executives are not kept in the loop when fees charged to the clients are being discussed.

Working culture and unfair treatment to the employees who are always criticized. employees are not valued and not even clients are valued.. only money minded company.. nothing is good.. just a mental stress and torture...
