Dirty politics , in meetings quality control and production people fight with each other with no good outcome, issue remains unresolved most of the time , just people know how to blame games here. , not worth it.

Worst company for HRs. No growth. No development. Too much pressure. People don't stay more than one year. The HR head is useless. Has no say. They take years to hire one position and once the hiring is done person runs away.

Very bad treatment to employees. No a single person in the company is happy. So are there just because they get money and they have no other options. Too much politics. The HO people including the HR not cooperating. The HR head manager is useless. This is a company who only wants to take from society they doesn't want to give anything back.

Top management encourage always new invention of Diagnosis kits with testing machines to get it results accuracy with very less time.

Mid level management are behaving like unprofessional and they don't know how treat the staff and there welfare.
