Nothing is there to like They think you are robot They will make you work you work even in holidays

Dislikes

Everything they do not motivate you. They hire you for sql developer role but they will put you on support role and without your consent they will deploy you to client side and when you tell them the work environment is not good at client side they will blame you. And if you tell them that client is torturing they will tell that you are not doing your work. They harras you mentally emotionally and physically. They will make you feel that you are good for nothing even if you give your 100percent they will tell you that you are not working properly. There is no job security they can fire you any time they want. There is lot of politics within the organisation they does not give you proper training they will expect you to give your time efforts and everything but at the end they will not appreciate you. They hire freshers and they does provide any training or anything every month they terminate one or the other employees. There is no growth in this company.
