Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

...VAL..LOTS OF GIFTS AT FESTIVAL TIME....THE CAREER GROWTH WAS VERY VERY GOOD .... MY BOSS NEVER CUT OFF THE SALARY FOR 2-3 DAYS LEAVES WHENEVER I TOOK IN A MONTH...... BOSS WAS VERY SUPPORTIVE.... AND THERE WAS GOOD OPPORTUNITY I GET TO IMPROVE MYSELF

SOME POLITICS WAS THERE....BUT IN EVERY COMPANY HAS THE SAME ISSUE.......DUE LOTS OF WORK LODE I CAN'T ABLE TO HANDLE MY PERSONAL/FAMILY LIFE AND THERE WAS SAME ISSUE FOR ALL EMPLOYEE......IN MY DEPARTMENT I WAS DOING 2 PERSONS WORK AT A TIME.... AND THE SAME SITUATION WAS FOR THE ALL EMPLOYEE......AND DUE TO THAT WORK LODE I LEFT THE JOB.....MY WORK WAS CLAIMS RELATED AND I WAS ALONE HANDLING THE CLAIM WORK FOR 22 STATES .... IT WAS HORRIBLE.....FOR 22 STATES THERE WAS 2-3 PERSONS WAS REQUIRED BUT NO ONE WAS INTERESTED TO HIRE THE STAFF.....
