...gned bond at the time of joining but they never discuss about it before joining. Company have policy to hold the salary of candidate after resignation till the three months of notice and they will do F&F after one month of relieving.

The company is small scale and growing which is open to inovation . I love the company that I am a part of a team that makes reliable,high quality products and global client base . The work environment is very supportive and which leads to get the better results to grow the company. I also like the employee relations hire policy here.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high sometime I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day . managers do not value an individual unique strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times.

Work life balance : As a site engineer you don't have permanent holiday on Sunday it's totally depends on there, site client and work pressure. Job security is 100% depends on your performance. You learn lots of skill , knowledge and experience in this company. Company culture is also good, all the seniors and project head is also support you in any situation. Attends calls and find solutions.

Salary is less compared to work . Promotion is also slowly. Less family time for site engineer.

...management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria & gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are too good appraisals are fair & they give good salary hike & bonus every year.

HR only recruit people's from good company and gives in custody of bad / insecure job secure Department head. Department heads utilize for Six months and they make feel you that you are nothing to them. Management is poor and they only trust on old Deparrment heads which are not able to work in other companies because if they join in other companies other company will throw out them due to their behavior hence they don't switch the jobs. If any one want any kind of promotion then understand that that day will be last day in company.. They use new peoples and throw after six months every Think 100 times before working there
