Very bad experience, nothing Ike company. Payment is too late and in two installments, no leaves, no facilities, nothing for employees.

Dislikes

Payment system is very bad, no standardized working, zero standardized production. No tee time rest time , no planned work any time go back to home. The employer thinks employees are only for use and throw. Too much politics against employees by employer

it was a very great experience while working with mohite textiles, i learned and follwed a lot about the company, i was honoured to be the part of that company, and i still miss those valuable days. Thank you.

Nothing i dislike about the company rather i wish to become the part of the company again
