Poor management, disgusting culture & environment of company. Horrible and grumpy bosses who behaves like a immature kid. No professional ethics. Lots and lots of conspiracies & politics against hardworking people by boot lickers. Bosses always come late at 4'O clock in evening even when they know they are responsible to finalise things and blames employees for delay. Actually they easily blame on employees for their every deeds. They always try to delve you into sweet traps like "you are family to us etc etc" but you are actually well educated but low grade peon to them. They will ask you to work during unpaid leave but they will not provide you a single penny for that day. Poor hygiene safety as toilets are worst you can ever see. No safety for women. After several molestation issue of women by company labours outside the premises but they asked females to work for late after the office hours. Your safety, your health is none of their business. They only focus on their profits & losses. Donot join such fraud companies better you sit jobless for a month.
