If you take a strict action which is being done by all reputed companies in the same market. Only then your company can survive in this era of the competitive markets. Work time free no increment from last 4year, Lots of politics management support 0 No apprisal Lots of expiry in market, Zsm asm and delhi office lots of politics, To save their job always target to low level staff. Management is very bad... They not support the lower staff like Clerk...Accountants..Stenographer..etc.. Maximum employees are overage 60 yrs. Old fashioned company.. Not smart work..
