No work satisfaction.day by day work pressure increase. You have to do some work which you have no idea before . Which not match your profile.

When I started working initially, I was made the employee of the month and I agreed to work there as my salary was hiked compared to the last company.

...cs or policy for working 9 hours a day, the manager can extend the working time. After working for six months, when the time came for my appraisal they offered me only 5% increase in salary, though I was the senior creative designer. I had to travel to their ngo on Sundays also for videography work.

Hr department doesn't know about their own work .they called every employee for MD's round and discuss salary and joining date all in details after that day before final round they tell that profile was not shortlisted from begining

...ut also manage thier household stuffs. The management doesn't address out issue. Salary was on time. But there were lot of manual work and malpractices in this organisation. I will not recommend anyone to join.
