Everything is worse nothing good. You have to pay for your food reduced from salary. Jail like encuronment . Even as manager I suffered a lot for 2 years it

I like to do different task in statutory accounts and in financial accounting preparing mis , B's, cash flow and various analysis.

Dislikes

I don't like niglanc of my talents and working capability. I don't like different types of salary and benefits in same position in same departments with same profile. Salary negotiation is very bad in this. Poor caring of expertise employee.

Working in this company I learn many things. Taking the company to the next level. Access to workers is excellent. Everyone is a pleasure to work with together.

I think they have to bring more new things and changes. because this generation going very smart & fast . need to implement new things current market needs.

MeTL is a professional group. Working environment is excellent. Learnt many things on the job with the Company. Worked more than 14 years, not a single day it came to my to quit or tired of work, this shows, how you are given free hand to work, perform and you get appriciation from the Management.

Dislikes

As i mentioned above, i have never ever faced any situation which i disliked. Of course heard other employees complaining regarding leave, but to me i never faced even this.

This company only make money from human.they don't know how to treat human body or how to be a human Being.. they doesn't care if you're sick or dying they only wants you to do work 14 hour per day make money for them thats it.
