Working hours is good. Salary is not same for all employees with same designation for every person different salary I feel it’s not fair. MOH is giving priority of local I mean Saudis know a days. Building is good, infrastructure is great,

Suddenly stops conract. Promoting the staff based on nationality. Infection control quality is only for junior staff. Not same rules for all staff. I am giving this feed back not personally, if this any one reading this means they need to know what’s happening. Yaa I know all fingers are not same but still I want to tell the true. Thanks

You may get good salary but at the cost decrease / poor surgical exposure. You will be faced with bad behavior of Saudi patients and chances of litigation. Salary comes at time. You may get extra money in terms of over time /extra duties.

Seeking a job in MOH Saudi Arabia is a relatively easy option in comparison to rest of the places in the continent. However carier opportunities,learning curve and over all experience varies from place to place,hospital to hospital and branch to branch. Frankly speaking little additional learning or skill development occures here because there are only few superspeciality tertiary care hospitals and it is difficult to get a place into them now a days. Rest of the general hospitals have limited expertise and deal with selected and allowed stuff only. You deal with similar things again and again. You have think ten times before attempting any thing new that too if they allow upon your own risk and responsibility.

No promotions. No yearly allowances. No opportunity for transfer from one region to anothet.

It's a great opportunity to have been part of the team since 2015. I also appreciate the good work and innovations the various heads usually adopt . It's been great working with my team all through these years. Our New Director has really made great impart for patients satisfaction as he listens to complaints and effect changes within the shortest possible time.

What I dislike about working here is that, we the resident Drs are little or no time to ourselves. We work virtually 6days per week. And therefore no time to attend seminars to learn New things. Hence we are decreasing in knowledge rather than accumulating New ideas and innovations in the current age of medicine.

Well,They prefer professional’s,As far as work is concerned,I have learned a LOT,my friends,who have migrated to UK,say that,the amount and quality of work in saudi MOH is much better,it is unparalleled.

Hmm,Only Gratuity ,which we are receiving on retirement is less..We ate payed peanuts..
