All things, during COVID 19 pandemic they have not given salary then they given 35% of salary. After completion of pandemic they are still not giving full salary. Here some boot liqueur are getting full benifits specially, some higher authorities. No rules and policies followed, non teaching staff have more respect than teaching staff. Many faculties left during pandemic, they can give any subject to anyone load is between 30-50 hours per week plus other official works. Some departments have single faculty member. I have taught 30 subjects in 2 years. Without any notice they can do anything. I suggest don't join this organisation, they ruined the talents.

Giving 35% of salary till online classes of April may no salary for June and July. They will start online classes from August then only give 35% of salary till online classes. From this new session deducted salary of all teaching and non teaching staff salary by 10% to 25% . Some staff getting 75 % salary involved in admission duty till July

Dislikes

To much load and no space for research and self development. Before Covid-19 salary was regular but after that it is also affected. Taking leave is very difficult task.

Good campus. Good messing and accomodation on chargeable basis. Liberty to work and reporting. Punctuality by biometric attendance.

...ents. Not adhering to national holiday calander. Direct reporting at all levels. No pay parity especially at lower levels. Management action on hearsays. No promotion policy. No annual appraisals.

Easy and comfortable life.

Dislikes

They recruit below average employee and give salary of average employee so candidate feel happy but this salary is last long salary. There is no appraisal, no increament, no promotion. This is not suitable for competent person. There is no rules, no management. Owner depend on one person. He run Institute for his interest only.

Beautiful campus, Focus on Indian traditional values and ethics.

Poor, corrupt and unethical management. No responsibility towards employees. No salary stability during the pandemic. No salary paid for 4 months and then 35% was paid. Management turned a deaf ear to employee concerns. Avoidance techniques used and underhand dealings towards favourites. Even after 2 years of the pandemic starting salaries were not restored to the original while full fees were being charged from the students.
