There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Workers are from local so they don't listen to anyone and work place environment is very bad. Now the management changed they are very cluprit, New manger shuhas is very cluprit he ask commission money from all the vendor.

All management staff was full of cheaters they are hiring only there person it mean there friends,relative etc They already removed many of old staff because hiding there thief. when i was re-enter in company i saw so many things are missing like machine part & some alluminium pattern rear thing that was using daily bases. I ask to my senior where was the all things are you transfer that things they ignore my word and after that day on 2 day they call me into office an said we don't need you now you should be go now. Actually i was worked 2 years as i join i am become a office assistant then after 1 year i promoted as a supervisor at this post i was given my 100% then after year i become a assistant production manager because company target is 15 tones per month production but i was given 21 tones per month every month i given more then targets but now company change the management an they fired me like this with no reason.
