I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

I mean i coudlve enjoyed it alot if i just wanted job security

Dislikes

Everything from work culture to compensation and benefits was poor and made employees cry. Even the mid-level management used to abuse the owner and directors there. For months you have work pending in upper management which is not good. Performance incentives were not distributed for months and people had to protest alot. Reports and everything were never looked into and still were called important, which were a complete waste of time. All new projects like influence, affiliate etc were not supported by the management.
