They did nothing Actually they proved free salary for first 2 months during Covid-19 But they are deducting leaves for that payments which is considered as done nothing throughout the pandemic

Working pressure is too high. And no benfits of long time stable in this company because working pressure is high at every day but salary is too low and no importance of self knowledge and working knowledge and conveyance charges is too low according to other company and at present petrol rate company given conveyance charges is too low according to present petrol rate. And all company given atleast all saturday or 2nd saturday and 4th saturday leave but company cannot given 2nd saturday leave. so how can handle or doing our personal work in working day. Atleast 2nd Saturday leave must in a month. Field engineer no one any benefits for payrol or contact basis I'm working at dec. 2015 but present date no improvement in salary. All Engineer has different salary because a good reason for coordinator good or bad compromise of engineer. Coordinator increased salary look at face whose engineer that impress the coordinator by using possitive words for coordinator. Otherwise other engineer is fully stupid and no increased much salary Vendor work also handover to engineer. It's not good when company not provided vendor so extra work completed by engineer so why don't provide extra amount to engineer. If any few work at any site so handel by engineer without costing. If any big work can handled by engineer so provide extra amount

... behave like they are the CEO. They don't listen or even support to any problem. Especially TL, HR looking for every moment to deduct salary. They look for B.E with CCNA certification even it's not a network engineer job. Not satisfied with the work.

Appreciate company's decision in this pandemic days, stey safe at home. Economically support to all staff, as well as working staff lot's of Care, freedom of the work. In this covid-19 situation. Good higher management support to all staff.

The higher up PURCHASE ASISTANT MANAGER HARRASS the Employees ESPECIALLY FEMALES ( MAKES CHEAP JOKE & COMMENT ) in front of everyone and is still being supported by the company just because they are there for longer period All old people there who don't really know how to work in this generation They are too strict with the timing even forces the employees to take no leaves & less time for lunch break i was WARRNED for taking 45 min LUNCH BREAK & they have EXTENDED THE PROBATION without checking JUST BASED ON ASISTANT MANAGER'S WORD Dose not Value employees health at all The MANAGMENT is disgusting they don't have judgment They do so bad politics if you are a youth so that the old people get to stay at the company even without lifting a finger Especially do not trust ANYONE'S word they are all BIG LIER The MALES in this company is worst I still Remember they bad conversations even after complaining no one will help & it'll back fire on you
