Here you can learn everything from every section. The organization foccus mainly in team work. Every colleagues are very helpfull.

Workers union create mess sometiomes with the help of local political parties. This way they always try to hamper manufacturing process

Gm behaviour is bad ASM behaviour also very rude and very irresponsible behaviour person Mr Goyal is very unfit person to GM position And Mr Raghu also unfit person to asm designation @ Bangalore unit

I can never ever experience such bad work culture. We can't expect any support from management to develope the business with our experiance and knowledge.

No professional You can't learn anything from here. You will loose your knowledge if you work here. Politics from bottom to top management. Especially by unit heads who are old school of thoughts Pathetic HR ( it got worse after acquisition by Harvest gold and mexican company. The new HR head is intereted in something else) Won't give leave during the time of pandemic.
