Didn't get support from this employer even they didn't give salary on time its 2-3 months delay of all employees salary

As per my here 2 year's of experience Nil growth, salary delay at least 2 months and employer was poor or terrible behaviour. When someone exit can't provide fnf on time and gratuity (if applicable)

I saw a good atmosphere in the company, due to which I could give more time to the company, the company works keeping in mind the intersts of all.

There is a complaint from the company has not yet given my graduation, which is my hard work, so the company is requested to give me my graduation. Thanks

No seating arrangements, and working environment, no drinking water, no coffee or tea, and also no stationery always fighting for printing cartridge and letter heads and A4 papers, eventhogh these has to be use for submitting R.A. Bills.

My over all experiance in modern construction company is like disciplined family working in quality faculty and timely with sefty and handover work with smiling. Now working experiance with learning and gain high security of jobs and upper class executives are very good neture.

Always I suggest to work other in my orgnization and I am current employee since 2014 in this company.

One can have a broader horizon to utilize their skills, trust over the employees is the key strength of the company.

Have to be more aggressive towards procurement of heavy machinery and scaffolding arrangements rather going into getting them hired.
