- salary is always In time - team and colleagues are good and non toxic nature except management

- No holidays in festivals ( like eid , rakshabandhan and etc ) - (leaves issue )Always reject plan leaves with the reason of project dependency even you have pending leaves - Bond - multiple projects at a time without providing you time for that so you have to complete on extra effort ( like saturday or after 7 pm ) - always try to work on saturday - Management always changes in company policy for only company benfit and employee loose

- I like the diversity of projects I get to work on. I have had the opportunity to work with clients directly and lead teams as well, since I was promoted in January. Although the pressure to perform and handle a team has been a challenge, but I have been learning more about it every day

Pay scale is Excellent compared to market rate

The work culture and the office crowd is something like I've never seen before. When in need of an emergency leave or work from home, I have never faced any troubles with the management.

Yes, this company is excellent specially in Mobile based Applications and have great Management overall. Company policies are also good as other companies.

Dislikes

No canteen facilities, No transportation facilities Not much good salary according to work pressures but good increments. Bond for 2 year for Fresher which is too long period. No PF and ESIC deduction.
