Can learn a lot in terms of human mentality

Owner's Mentality,Treat employee as a labour, Need to work on multiple projects to deliver 8hrs of output for each client, so basically getting work of 2-3 employee from single developer by lying to clients, Don't care of relation even if you have worked hard for them with loyalty, Can't learn new things as you always need to deliver 12hrs of work every day.
