In Mobius, employees will have job security. During pandemic time also they don't lay off employees. I think that's a only good thing about the company.

...dard following by team members. There is so many contradiction between the team. No compensation and any growth from this company. People in the team are not encourageable.

Less salary.. appraisal depends on manager thought of you... some managers does not care about employees side.. getting permission for taking leave is a big task..

This is the company for the Freshers who seeking for Non Voice Process and especially for married women's, as they can easily handle the work life balance because there is no strict micromanagement and very less work pressure. Those who are willing to learn MS excel, Powerpoint and VB Macro's they can join in Mobius. Technology wise they developed their own product recently and there is a good improvement in development and testing process. Python, C#, DotNet, Selenium, Java are the technologies we worked on as per my knowledge

Dislikes

We should not expect and compare the salary with MNC's. Also there will be very less increment in appraisal. maximum increment will be 3 to 5 % from package per year for Non Voice employees.

...arcade for chilling. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.they give good salary. Bonus every year. Company policies are good

If you are placed in a good project, you will get a lot of time and you can enjoy your work. Work-life balance is good since 2 days weekly off. Management appreciate you if you come up with good ideas and performance

Salary has been a major concern in Mobius for a very long time. We are at a time where Mason gets 1200 rupees per day, whereas employees at Mobius are paid at 10000, which is very less. Give them a minimum of 30000 per month salary
