Salary is good and coleagueagues are helping nature.

Dislikes

Over involvement of Founders in company projects. They keep on digging even in daily stand-up meetings to check the progress. All Managers here are pathetic. They always keep on pressurizing developers for even low priority work. No manager has any technical knowedge and don't care even if developer is giving clarification of some technical challenge. They can even insult developers in call. Testers are overrated here. No automation testers here. They only do manual testing and spot non-sense issues and managers always support them. Developer's voice is not heard here. This company looks only for client satisfaction and don't care for employee's well-being. No job-security here. Recently they are doing silent lay-offs. HR calls you saying no projects and ask to force-resign. They even firing employees who served more than 5+ years here itself. Some managers themselves are doing lay-offs. No work-life balance here. You have to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Managers keeps on pulling you to work on their projects. They quarrel in between them for employee's allocation. Work here only if you don't have choice.

One can get to learn things here, get chance to explore other technologies if interested. Very supportive team, manager, and co-founders.

I would say perks and benefit can be better for employees. Also sometimes you have to put long hours based on project requirements.

Likes

The technical process is good, the CTO takes all the necessary efforts to make sure that technical process is followed. Processes such as Coding Standards, Code Documentations, Good Practices etc.

Dislikes

Poor management, No Party Culture, No Appreciation of any kind, Poor project analysis, Less client-side allowance, No onsite opportunities.
