salary is not given on time. there is no leave policy for the employees. PF and ESI and any type of other facility is not provided to the employee. NO TA/DA is provided for you as well. If you go to field visit for training givien to user/client. Even after leaving the company, you are not given the salary of the last month, not do you get the experience letter, not the relieving letter. there is no any kind of working policy here.

Pathetic work environment can't believe on supervisors words. U have 2 take multiple follow-ups for your salary(Jan salary came in the end of feb or next month). No date is fixed for salary. No official timings you will work in 10 to 7 then you will have concall at any point of time and they will waste your 1 more hour...

...of etiquette’s, no improvement in comm skills. No work culture. No benefits. Salary credited after month example your Feb month salary credited on 23rd march. No expenses credited. If you serve notice period they don’t give you fnf means total amount and your last salary. They said that your last month salary credited after 60days but this is only a line written in letter hahah otherwise they never give u any thing. Dnt spoil your future.
