Big fat salary from investors money good work but poor management immature management

Management is bad no skilled people no experience in gaming still doing it the wrong way, people are burnt out even 24 years people started high blood pressure

The culture here is too good, we di have cost cuts like every other start ups but it is never at the cost of employee benefits. The company is people oriented and so are the co founders. You have a great legal and finance team. Some great product managers and also always dynamic.

Dislikes

I do not like how people who came in early think that they are the owners and there is a bit of favoritism. Some attrition in leadership.

Likes

Not much to like. You might get good responsibility but the low pay, unprofessional conduct and pressure isn''t worth it.

Dislikes

Managers can be unprofessionally rude. Work-Life balance is non-existent. Might be the worst company I have worked for. The Managers can use everything in their power to get you to work late at night, including threats of ruining your career somehow.

Nothing they laid me of for no reason in less than a month with several other people

...hey promised support in the exit with references in other companies. I got none. Have to keep following up for my pay slip. They have put my career at risk.
