Neither they have given insurance benefit after laid off nor they have given compensation benefit except 30 days salary whereas employees had demanded at least for 3 months. Company has forcefully taken resignation from all employee and collected their assets from home at end of May 2020. At last, to say a good firm having well rooted from the last 8 years in the international market has ended their journey with so much chaos.

Dislikes

Company has not focused on particular products and every year started a new one without doing research on market trend and the latest start-up companies strategy. before launching their new product SKAYLE square company has appointed a lot of new staff which cause so much confusion among existing employees. Finance dept is handling HR role after exiting senior HR from the head office. Worst HR recruitment process ever had seen in any company.
