...ironment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is alot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is abound of 2 year before which you cannot resing .on the job training is not given to new joinees.

Manager are illiterate , no promotion , manager Sushil in sub assy is thief , he was an operator become manager . Sushil used to harrasss line operator girls .

All staff is worse in this company . Illiterate thief’s Engineer has no value in this organisation.

Here all the employees are supportive. Work place environment is awesome. I like professional attitude of this company.

Dislikes

Carrier growth is not good after reaching a certain level because this company as a stagnant point. Where they would simply retain employees without continuing to develop there potential in order to move company forward.

There is no proper rule and regulation. If today made any rule, it is not surety tomorrow is same. Tomorrow will be broken...
