... personal reason I am not able to continued this job. I want to rejoin this job. Salary is not regular. No incentive, it's is contract job.

Implemented by the Ministry of Rural development, MNREGA is the flagship programme of the government that directly touches lives of the poor and promotes inclusive growth. I like about working to provide at least one hundred days of guaranteed wage employment in a financial year.

Dislikes

Compensation is poor and growth is slow.The work pressure is high and salary is not on time,its too much delay.Also,there is no on-job training for freshers,so that becomes very tuff to do work.

...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

This act are very important to rural areas because this area are trible so many people can't employed. I like this job because the more works of eatmaltion created for works and me inyerested the work on estimate.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. And maximum office and i am interested the site work.
