Dislikes

Lot of families working together over there. I recall the four brothers and sister in the same department and they would use slang abusive languages. There will be a lot of racism. Lot of casteism hardly talk English people openly criticise and shout through things so I think apart from the Founder, that is Neeraj, I did not even find a single resource that was even chivalry or decent human being, and the reason I left the job was also because of social conduct.

Top level management is good. Like directors are friendly.

Dislikes

I worked for this company for 1 year. Around which I found that there is lack of support from the old staff. Several recruitment for the same post but not a single person continued for more than a year. Full politics in the environment..

In current situation you have to work from office. No Job security, you have to always request for Work from Home in times of urgency.
